Who we are

Marchward Services is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17439048, registered office Suite RA01, 195-197 Wood Street, London E17 3NU. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

What this site collects

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no third-party fonts, scripts, trackers or social media widgets, and does not profile visitors. No consent banner is presented because there is nothing to consent to. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which may include IP addresses, for security and to keep the service running.

If you contact us

If you write to us we hold your name, contact details and the content of your message so that we can reply and, if it leads to work, administer that work. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and where an engagement follows, performance of a contract.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Records relating to an engagement are kept for as long as required by that engagement and by our legal and insurance obligations, and are then deleted.

Who we share it with

Nobody, except where we are required to by law. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not use enquiry data for marketing.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing it. Write to us at enquiries@marchwardservices.com. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
