Prime contractors and programme partners
Someone has to deliver that part of the contract.
Marchward helps you commit to a credible plan before award and take a defined specialist package through mobilisation, delivery and handover afterwards. You retain the customer relationship and programme authority. We remain accountable for the work we contract to do.
Where we fit
Capture and bid
Translate the difficult requirement into a priced statement of work, a named delivery lead, staffing assumptions, dependencies and a credible mobilisation sequence.
Mobilisation
Recruit and vet specialists, arrange deployment, rotation and duty of care, then set the local interfaces and reporting standard with your programme team.
Implementation
Lead our contracted work package, manage specialist people and suppliers, deliver training or capability development, report progress and hand over to a named owner.
What the prime can buy
Each engagement needs a written scope, acceptance criteria, authority, dependencies, price and a named owner on both sides.
- Bid delivery design
- Requirement review, practical delivery plan, indicative team, risk register and budget assumptions for a specified geography and scope.
- Mobilisation and deployed team management
- Recruitment, vetting, deployment and management of named specialists, with reporting and duty of care agreed in the subcontract.
- Training and capability package
- Training needs analysis, programme design, delivery alongside local counterparts, validation and handover.
- Independent delivery assurance
- Focused review of the work package, supplier readiness, cost, schedule and sustainment before commitments become expensive to change.
The boundaries matter
We agree the commercial and operational risks that sit within our scope. We do not take an armed role, enter a client's chain of command, or accept an unlawful instruction. Work involving state security institutions receives a human rights risk assessment. Sanctions, export controls, insurance and local employment obligations are addressed before mobilisation.
A useful first conversation
Tell us the customer and country, what the bid or contract requires, the date you must commit, the delivery gap you see and who owns the programme budget. We will say where we can help and what we need to verify before putting a price against it.
